– Report by filling out the personal information of the reporter or by proxy (anonymous reporting is not possible)
– Enter the purpose of the report and the reason for the meeting, and present evidence related to the illegal recipient’s illegal payment practices.

6. Types of illegal receipt of government subsidies (areas and examples)
– Health and welfare field (illegal receipt of R&D support funds from medical institutions, illegal receipt of nursing care benefits, such as claiming additional allowances by inflating employees’ working hours, etc.)
– Employment and labor sector (illegal receipt of unemployment benefits, such as failure to report employment or false reasons for unemployment, etc.)
