– Prepare a photo and fill out a reissue request form at the district office.
※ When first issued
It can be issued by the city, county, or district office where you live.
It will be issued by the local district office where the shop will be opened.
The name of the issuing organization is displayed at the bottom of the license.
– When reissuing, the name of the reissuing agency does not change.
(If you received it at Songpa-gu Office, it will be reissued at Gangnam-gu Office.
