3. Emergency services
(1) Emergency dispatch service

Minor breakdowns can be treated on site.
We will guide you through simple maintenance and vehicle management tips.
If emergency treatment is not possible, the product will be delivered to a designated maintenance company.
We provide free service within the warranty period or for Blue Members members only for up to 6 years after the vehicle is shipped. However, damages due to customer negligence are excluded (emergency refueling, door locking, tire puncture, etc.)
If the warranty period has expired or you are not a Blue Members member, the service is provided for a fee.

(2) On-site charging service
This is for Blue Members members who drive Hyundai Motor Company EV vehicles.
Charge amount
– General roads: 7 kWh charging per time
– Highway: 10 kWh charging per time
※ The driving range (based on combined fuel efficiency) when charging at 10 kWh is about 61 km for the IONIQ EV, about 56 km for the Kona EV, about 27 km for the Porter EV, about 45 to 51 km for the IONIQ 5, and about 48 to 62 km for the IONIQ 6.
Usage level
– Provided 10 times a year per vehicle / for 5 years from the date of vehicle purchase.
– However, if you request service when the mileage is sufficient (not provided if the remaining mileage exceeds 60 km), the service may be restricted in some places such as automobile-only roads.
Additional services: On-site support for minor maintenance based on remote inspection of vehicle condition (tire pressure replenishment, ground voltage battery charging service, etc.)

(3) Emergency delivery of hydrogen vehicles
Customers who own/operate Hyundai hydrogen vehicles are eligible.
Service is provided twice a year/for 5 years from the date of vehicle sale.
Service items: Maximum towing distance of 100km. If there are three or more people including the driver, the cost of public transportation is supported separately. However, additional costs may apply if the towing distance exceeds 100km.
Delivery location: Towing/moving service is provided to a nearby hydrogen charging station or a location desired by the customer.
– Hydrogen charging station: If you can arrive within the hydrogen charging station operating hours (before 20:00)
– Location desired by the customer: When hydrogen charging station operation ends (after 20:00), charging is not possible due to charging station circumstances (breakdown, lack of hydrogen, etc.)

Reservation procedure
– Consultant reception after transfer connection: fault symptoms, desired area, desired date and time
– Reservation assignment: The shortest distance company is assigned considering the desired area, date, and time. (Information notification or SMS will be sent)
– Advance call: The service center assigned to your reservation will provide you with detailed information, including location and visit procedures.
– Vehicle repair: Visit the service center according to the reservation date and time to receive maintenance.
