Reissuance of Hyundai Card
You can apply for reissue through the Hyundai Card app or customer center (1577-6000). This applies to individual credit card members, excluding corporate cards, check cards, and gift cards, and reissues are also possible due to simple losses such as card scratches.
In case of reissue due to loss or theft, change the card number to ensure safe card use.

Cancellation of Hyundai Card
You can cancel through the Hyundai Card website or customer center (1577-6000), and you can also cancel through the mobile app.
In the case of premium cards, some products cannot be canceled online, so you must use a dedicated customer center such as Red Desk or Purple Desk to cancel them.

Report loss of Hyundai Card
As soon as you confirm that your card has been stolen or lost, please report it to Hyundai Card at 1577-6200 or through the Hyundai Card website.
If your card is stolen or lost overseas, please report it to Hyundai Card Customer Center (82-2-3015-9200). If you are aware of the theft or loss but delay reporting it without a justifiable reason, you may be held liable.
You can apply for compensation from your credit card company for any fraudulent use by others that occurred after your card was stolen or lost.

Hyundai Card Call Center Consultant Connection Consultation Time Website (+Counselor)
Hyundai Card offers ARS consultation and website consultation. Website consultation hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Inquiries received first will be processed sequentially. Inquiries received before 5 PM on weekdays (business days) will be accepted on the same day, and inquiries after 5 PM on weekdays (business days) and inquiries made on weekends or public holidays will be accepted on the next business day.
Simple information such as confirmation of usage history, immediate payment, payment amount and limit can be checked through the Hyundai Card website or app.
Website consultation is not real-time consultation, and responses may be delayed due to increased inquiry volume or long holidays. Tasks such as immediate payment, membership information change, card issuance and cancellation cannot be processed due to security-related issues.
